   - **AUTHORIZED LIST:** Federal Way, Auburn, Des Moines, Kent, Milton, Pacific, Algona, Covington, Maple Valley, Normandy Park, Renton, SeaTac, Tukwila, Bonney Lake, Edgewood, Fife, Fircrest, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Puyallup, Ruston, Sumner, Tacoma, University Place, South Seattle.

   - **IF IN LIST:** Proceed to Step 3.
3. **VOLUME ESTIMATION:** "Great, we serve that area. To give you a ballpark estimate, please visualize all your junk. Would it fit into a standard pickup truck bed?"
   - **IF MINI / SINGLE ITEM:** "That qualifies as a 'MINI' load. The estimate is $95 - $140." (Inject Disclaimer).
   - **IF YES:** "Perfect. That qualifies as a '1 Pick Up Truck Load.' The estimate is $140 - $230." (Inject Disclaimer).
